Job Description

Due to the continued growth of the company, our client City Demolition is looking for an experience Bid Writer. As an experienced Bid Writer, you will understand the importance of providing valuable assistance to the Commercial and Estimating Department. * Writing and co-ordinating quality submissions for tenders, PQQ's and frameworks bids. * Pre-tender compilation, completion, and management to deadlines. * Working with, liaison and interaction with Commercial and Estimating team. * Assist with collecting information (written/photo/video as necessary) from the City * Demolition team to create and maintain database of project profiles. * Assist with collecting information (written/photo/video as necessary) from site staff * to create case studies and project reviews. Essential Requirements & Experience They would consider a Bid Writer who has been working within the construction industry experience, however, demolition experience is preferable. * Previous experience in the Construction industry in bid writing and management of high- quality bid documents * IT literate with experience using Microsoft software. * Track record working for a reputable Contractor. * Experience and understanding of bid management and bid co-ordination on traditional contract forms at tender and construction stages. * Well-developed analytical, oral and presentation/communication skills
