Our client is a high-quality asbestos and environmental consultancy who are now looking to recruit an experienced, reliable, and committed Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402/3/4 as well as extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveying and analytical duties. Applications from Swindon, Bath, Bournemouth, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
The individual must have attained the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience of asbestos surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos sector.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Package.
Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and producing accurate and concise asbestos reports.
Providing a professional service to clients.
Overall, the successful candidate will be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
