About the role:
Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.
About the requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, professionals must have the following:
* First Aid Certificate
* CCDO Gold Supervisor or Black Managers Card
* Proven success of running large complex demolition projects in City centre environments
In addition to the above, it is essential that professionals have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition subcontractor in the UK. Additionally, as this is a permanent position, I am looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years.

For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability.
