RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a construction firm that is currently seeking a Project Assistant. Vacancy A Graduate Project Assistant is required for our expanding business; Metals, Skip, Demolition and Hereford Quarries businesses, reporting to The Directors.   The role requires to supporting all business areas including General office administration duties, IT systems and Microsoft Office, Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, suppliers, contractors, training and other service providers.   Abilities/Strengths Motivated, punctual and be able to work on their own initiative. Highly numerate & outstanding attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. A good learner and take the lead in learning new software and other systems. Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines, be well organised, prioritise their own workload, work well in a team or individually, Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Teams and other IT communication methods essential. Flexibility Cover for holidays, sick days and training outside of normal working hours if required. Ability and willingness to undertake roles on other sites will be required with the appropriate training.
