Remediation Contract Manager- Midlands Salary- Competitive A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Contract Manager with experience in Remediation and Enabling Works to join one of the UK's leading Enabling Works companies. The role will be based around the Midlands area and will include working on exciting projects. The Contract Manager will oversee site works, develop new business, manage relations, support personal development, and address training needs. The successful individual will have a full driving licence and a CSCS Card. Key Skills and Experience required: Possess an up to date CSCS Card and Full Driving Licence Have a SMSTS or NEBOSH Certificate Proven experience in a similar role Proven experience in Demolition, Ground Engineering and Construction Legal Guidelines Proven experience in undertaking budget estimations Experience of developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients Exceptional communication and negotiating skills Flexible approach to work and location Typical Duties in this role: Develop new business and ensure that the professional reputation of the company is maintained Have knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures and make sure they are adhered to Maintain an appropriate level of profitability which will be reported to the Remediation Director Ensure projects are completed on time and to the agreed budget Maintain the quality of customer care Carry out Client and Colleague liaison Manage site operations within the company standards and policiesThis role offers a competitive salary, exceptional training and career progression.
