Our client is a reputable construction contractor who specialise in enabling works, groundworks, concrete frames, basements, piling and demolition. They have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team. This role is a full time office based position. The company headquarters are based in Luton. Duties: Keeping the office is always in good, clean order, and setting up the meeting room for visitors/internal meetings Incoming & outgoing telephone calls Dealing with incoming paperwork. Accurately recording and keeping various registers for different projects Daily calls to site managers to ensure paperwork is being completed correctly and coming into the office on time. Diary management for the team Keeping track of vehicles, and ensuring service/MOTs are organised Assisting in all administrative works such as emails, quotations, telephones, form filling, saving files, keeping records up to date and accurate Booking training for staff Assisting with gathering and supplying information for accreditations Assisting the surveying and estimating team with filing and printing where required Assisting the accounts team with filing and printing where required Other ad-hoc duties as appropriateCriteria: Self motivated and organised Previously worked as a generalist administrator preferably within construction or service-related industry for a minimum of 2 years Excellent communication skills Experience working in a fast paced environment Ideally educated to GCSE level with Maths and English Microsoft skills with good working knowledge of Excel Car driver due to office locationIf interested, please get in touch with Joe on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed).
