CITB Health and Safety Awareness (HSA) training held in Maidstone, Kent.
This 1-day introductory course is for people who are new to the construction and civil engineering industries.
The CITB Health and Safety Awareness training provides delegates with a practical summary of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues. Delegates will learn how to identify individual responsibilities for looking after yourself and others as well as the employer’s duties and what should be done if anyone’s health and safety is at risk. This training is interactive and engaging, taught through case studies, classroom discussion and group work.
Is your company a CITB Levy partner? If your company employs less than 99 PAYE employees, you could apply for a CITB Skills & Training fund to cover part or all of your planned training.

Who Should Attend
This course is suitable for any person who is already working in construction or civil engineering or considering it. This is an operative level course that upon successful completion, delegate will be able to apply for a CSCS Labourer Card.
Assessment
On successful completion of the Multiple Choice Question Paper, a 5 year nationally recognised Site Safety Plus certificate will be awarded.
