The NDTG are the only organisation able to issue CCDO cards recognised and requested by those who commission demolition projects in the UK. You can be certain that an NDTG course delivers the most up-to-date training for you or your workforce.
The CCDO Demolition And Refurbishment Operative card qualifies individuals in the demolition of non-load bearing structures and the removal of fixtures and fittings as well as using mechanical hand tools. The red card is valid for 3 years and is non-renewable.
To attend the course, delegates must have the following:
Who Should Attend
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Demolition Labourer.
Candidates require a Demolition Specialist or above Health, Safety and Environment Test Pass and a Current Approved NDTG or UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate (e-learning not accepted).
The Red Demolition and Refurbishment Operative CCDO card is non-renewable. Candidates have 3 years to pass the relevant NVQ to become a qualified CCDO Demolition and Refurbishment Operative and be issued a Blue CCDO Demolition & Refurbishment Operative card. The Blue Demolition & Refurbishment Cards are renewable every 5 years by retaking this one-day course and providing in-date UKATA Asbestos Awareness and CITB HS&E test.
