Description
The level 3 award is suitable for everyone within the workplace but is aimed at Managers and Supervisors who have a responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture. The Course builds upon the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health and covers a much wider range of mental health conditions. The course looks at different therapies and support that may be provided by professional bodies during treatment for mental health conditions. The course is aimed at Managers, Supervisors and Trainers.
