Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join them in their head office in Huntingdon.
You will manage a team of 7 Quantity Surveyors, reporting into their Commercial Director
Our client works on multiple earthworks and civil projects. They operate as the Principle Contractor & Sub-Contractor – offering services such as demolition, site clearance, land restoration, haulage of materials
They operate in East Anglia and East Midlands – majority of sites are in Bedford, Northampton, and Leicestershire
They are looking for someone who has strong, previous experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor. They will also consider strong Senior Quantity Surveyors who are looking to take a step up. You will be from a civil engineering, main contracting or sub contracting background
Your role – Commercial Manager
You will be overseeing 7 Quantity Surveyors and cost management for the company
Schemes are earthworks / enabling works / civil engineering schemes
The right person – Commercial Manager
You will be from a Civil Engineering, Main Contractor, or Subcontractor background
You will be at Commercial Manager, Managing Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor level
In return you will get salary of up to £85k + car or car allowance + 25 days holiday and associated benefits
