We are currently recruiting for a Demolition Site Supervisor for an immediate start on a large project in Rugeley.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Management of all aspects of site operations, including the supervision and motivation of site operatives
* Ordering and receiving of plant and materials to site
* Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with company Health & Safety regulations
* Carry out site inductions to new starters including toolbox talks
* Complete required training documentation
* To be responsible for the welfare of all staff on site
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* CSCS/CCDO Card (Black/Gold)
* The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
* Experience working within a similar role
* Excellent Demolition industry knowledge
* Capable of leading a team
