Tiro Group is working with a main contractor based in London who is looking for well experienced Project Managers to join them.
The projects are all consisting of Cut & Carve.
£20m Project
The project consists of demolition, adding 2 floors to an existing building (Steel Frame), 33 apartments, all new facade, fit out of apartments.
They are looking for people who have a passion for cut and carve, have a design and build background, and are keen to progress.
Succesful candidate must -
* Have Design & Build Background
* Cut & Carve Background
* Internal Fit Out experience
* Steel Frame experience
* Able to read and work closely with the design team
* Be motivated and hungry to progress
* Be a strong motivator
* Proven track record to perform as a Project Manager
