Mechanical Construction Manager (Client Side)
We are representing a client in the West Sussex area who have picked up a series of projects on an existing pharmaceutical site. We need an experienced mechanically-biased MEP Construction Manager who has experience of managing demolition. The candidate would sit within the client Project Engineering Team and would provide safety oversite on the following projects.
Removal of 2 boilers
Installation of 2 steam generators
Decommissioning and Equipment removal from redundant buildings
Demolition and Decontamination of Solvent recovery buildingThe Mechanical Construction Manager role has been determined outside IR35 due to scope. This will be a 12 month contract.
Salary for Mechanical Construction Manager £350 - £400/day, dependant on skills and experience
