Design Manager- Kent- up to £80,000 plus bonus + package
The business is a growing national main contractor with an excellent reputation in the market place.
As a group my client turns over circa £300 million working across several sectors including Build, Civil Engineering, Demolition, Land Remediation, Land Restoration, Rail, Sports and Leisure.
This opportunity is a Design Manager position for the Build arm of the business, this role will be to cover projects within 1 hour of Reading.
What we need:
Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with major contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
