Approach Personnel are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in Worksop, S80 Start: August 2022 Pay: £11 PH Duration: Maternity Cover for 1 Year 21.5 Hours Per Week Job Description To work under direction of the Company Directors when carrying out the day to day activities associated with the delivery of Office duties to a dismantling, demolition & asbestos removal company. The following are required: Either 3 years experience or an accountancy degree Recent References General Responsibilities Use and maintenance of the Sage Accounts System/Sage Payroll Purchase Order and invoice control Submitting of VAT returns/CIS/FPS/ Pension submissions/DAE/P60's Entering tax codes, deductions of work orders etc Assisting the HSEQ manager with P11D's/ Corpration Tax returns etc Payment of weekly and monthly wages Ensuring that b&CE platform is kept up to date for pensions and death in service In conjunction with the HSEQ manager to prepare any documentation required for auditing purposes Preparing paperwork for BHP and liasing with BHP where required to fulfill end of year accounts to Sage Credit control, monitoring of monies invoiced and monies owed Asministration of approved suppliers list, report to the directors with any problems Shall be fully aware of the company's health and safety policy, working rules and safety requirements Shall be reponsible for pre contract administration of the work, compliation of enquiry folders/job folders arranging site visits Asdsisting in the day to day administration and maintenance of the company's management systems Apply or contact Grace at Approach Personnel (phone number removed)
