PSR are working with a very reputable regional contractor in Leeds. Our client has a 6 week freelance opportunity on nights to oversee refurbishment works in Leeds City Centre.
You will be overseeing demolition, groundworks and the breaking out of concrete slabs, then the re-reinstatement of the concrete slab, followed by a power float finish. This project is part of a wider scheme of this large scale refurbishment project we have in Leeds.
Your key duties will be;
Managing Health & Safety
Site Inductions
Effectively managing sub-contractor and labour on site
Ensure the project is running to schedule
Key experience
Experienced Construction Site Manager
Solid working knowledge of demolition, groundworks and concrete finishing
Good communicator at all levels
