The successful candidate will have a strong background within the demolition field and a proven track record of developing strong relationships with stakeholders and performing estimating duties,.

Key demolition estimator responsibilities based from Bracknell
* Be technically competent with a very good understanding of the demolition process
* Develop strong relationships with external clients and consultants
* Gain strong market awareness on materials and sub-contractor prices
* Procuring competitive quotations and producing finalisation documents;
* Consider drawings and employers requirements, understand the requirements of the tender documentation;
* Utilise problem solving skills when visiting site to overcome establish site constraints etc,
* Provide innovative construction techniques to reduce cost
* Manage and complete PQQ‘s including the technical and quality aspects for tender return
