Our client is a very successful and rapidly expanding construction company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of multi-skilled tradesperson. We are seeking people with skills in either carpentry, plumbing, electrical, bricklaying, flooring, roofing or other trades skills.
The Role:
Reporting to Site Manager you will be responsible for performing multi-skilled trades work associated with building extensions, refurbs and fit outs, demolition and rebuilds.
We are seeking candidates capable of undertaking basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, flooring, insulation or general building works.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Candidate:
You will be a competent multi-skilled trades-person ideally with previous experience in general building or maintenance work including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, flooring, insulation or general building works.
You will have a valid CSCS card and a UK driving licence.
