Site Engineer required for 6 months in Stafford. Details as follows;
The project comprises the partial redevelopment of Stafford College and involves the demolition of an
existing building along with the construction of a new three storey frame. The completed facility will be
used by the Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group as their principal sports, construction and engineering
centre. With this intention, the Stafford College Skills & Innovation Hub has been designed to provide
classrooms, workshops and a lecture theatre as well as indoor sports pitches, flexible teaching spaces and
various social facilities.
Site Engineer scope of works for this scheme consists of providing drainage, services, sub structure foundations,
ground and upper floor slabs, retaining walls, parking facilities, public amenities and paved areas for the
new facilities. Designation for Site Engineer role is outside IR35. Site Engineer must be able to provide two recent references
