An award winning National House builder are looking to recruit an Estimator (Land Appraisal) to work from Peterborough The role: You will identify and cost the engineering issues that effect a site at land viability stage (analysis of site investigations, service search information) You will produce and monitor superstructure costs on a square foot basis. Some pre commencement tendering for specialist trades such as demolition and piling will also be involved. Main Responsibilities of the Role: Ensure all correct work practices, procedures and safety precautions are followed at all times to ensure a world-class service to the customer is provided.
