I am working alongside one of the UK's largest civil engineering contractors. They are looking to recruit a land surveyor for a large Bulk earthworks and remediation package being delivered. My client is a specialist within bulk earthworks, remediation, demolition and enabling works. Land surveyor responsibilities: * Setting out to lines and levels to ensure construction of work in accordance with the Contract Drawings/Specifications or other relevant control documentation. * Complete topographical surveys and assist with GPS on the plant equipment. * Preparation and maintenance of work record and data sheets and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements. * Assisting Site Agents/Contract Supervisors/Senior Engineers with general contract administration. * Maintaining contract management quality records as directed by Senior.
